Even if an agreement was signed outside of Concord, you could still upload it to Concord to track its execution. Adding previously signed documents into Concord helps you maintain all of your Contract documents in a single location for easier management.
To import a signed contract:
- Click on the 'New document' button at the left side of the homepage and then click on 'Upload signed document,' or Select 'Store & track' from the top menu.
- Click 'Browse' or drag and drop your file into Concord
- Fill in the field 'Untitled document' to give your document a title
Note: You can also 'Bulk Upload' documents.
