Terminating your company subscription is automatic as soon as you submit the request. There are no associated termination fees.
Terminate your Subscription as an Administrator
- Contact your dedicated Customer Sucess Manager by email directly (if applicable) -or-
- Submit a request to our Support Team
- Select Company Settings > Subscription > Request Cancellation and follow the prompts in the pop-up window
Recovering Data from a Canceled Subscription:
- The original signed contracts can be downloaded as PDFs.
- All summary sheets can be exported as PDFs.
- All contract lists are downloadable as Excel or CSV.
We do not have a required commitment period or termination notice, only the ongoing subscription period is due.
