Terminating your subscription

Terminating your company subscription is automatic as soon as you submit the request to us. There are no associated termination fees.

To terminate your subscription as an Administrator:

  • Contact your dedicated Sucess Manager by email directly (if applicable)
  • Submit a request to our Support Team
  • In Company Settings > Subscription, select Request Cancellation and follow the prompts in the pop-up window 

Once you cancel your subscription, you can recover your data at any time:

  • The original signed contracts can be downloaded as PDFs.
  • All summary sheets can be exported as PDFs.
  • All contract lists are downloadable as Excel or CSV.

We do not have a required commitment period or termination notice. Only the ongoing subscription period is due.
