After creating or uploading a document or template:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the signatures section.
- Select "Options" on the right side of the signatures section.
- Choose how many signatures you'd like.
You can choose to have up to 20 signatures. The number of signatures can be changed at anytime before the number of "signatures needed" is met.
NOTE: Each document defaults to two signatures unless changed. If more than two signatures is required, then it is necessary to manually increase the number of signatures or the document will be finalized once two parties sign.
