Once you have created a draft, you can invite colleagues and third parties to the contract using the blue “Share” button, and typing their email address in the field. For simplicity, a single field is used for colleagues and third parties. As a result, anyone invited will default as a third party.
To invite someone to a contract as a colleague, the administrator will first have to add them as a member of the organization by:
- Clicking on “Settings” on the bottom left hand side of the page.
- Under “company settings”, click on “Users” and then “Add a User” on the top right of the page.
- Enter their email address, customize the message if you wish, and click on “Send Invitations”.
Once the user has been registered as a member of your organization, they will automatically appear as a colleague when added to contracts. One benefit of making sure colleagues are part of your organization in Concord is that you will be able to chat privately with internal users only, and third parties will not be able to see your chat.
