Discussion panel

You can collaborate with colleagues and third parties by using the discussion panel on Concord. Discuss directly on the contract so you no longer have to send emails back and forth.

From your contract go to:

  1. Discussion Tab > “Add A Message”
  2. Choose the audience that should be able to read your message:
      • Public - everyone on the document can see the message
      • Internal - messages only to members of your company
      • Only Me - personal notes accessible only to you
  3. Each member of that designated audience will receive an email informing them that a message has been added in the Discussion Tab
