Concord is committing to making the user experience as convenient as possible. All accounts will be able to view billing information from within the Concord portal.
From the Concord Inbox, select the Settings wheel in the bottom left corner of the page and select Settings.
From the next page, go to Company Settings > Subscription > to be brought to the Billing menu.
Users with the necessary permission will be able to:
- View & edit the Subscription Plan
- View total number of paid seats and used seats
- View & change the Current Payment Method
- View Invoices
- Request cancellation
Please Note: Changing Subscription information, like seat count, will go into effect upon the next renewal date. Any questions regarding this process can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
