- Only credit cards are accepted as a payment method with the exception of annual invoices exceeding $10,000 / 10,000 EUR.
- Accounts with an annual invoice of $10,000 / 10,000 EUR or more can pay using other payment methods. For additional information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please note that we do not accept checks.
Updating your Payment Method
You can update your payment method if :
- You are an administrator
Go in Settings gear in the bottom left hand side > Select Settings > Company Settings > Subscription.
Once on the Subscription menu you will see general information about your Company's Subscription account. Select Change Payment Method.
If you select Change Payment Method option and then Update Your Payment Method as shown below.
From this menu you can update the Credit Card that is on file for your Concord Account.
Then, to edit Billing and Shipping addresses or the email address we have on file select Update you Payment method as shown below:
And then Billing and Shipping Addresses:
From this next menu you can update the personal information of the contact for your billing department.
Please note that any change to seat count will be applied on the next renewal date.
