Updating your Payment Method
- As an Administrator, open 'Settings' by clicking the gear icon
- Select 'Settings'
- Under 'Company', select 'Subscription'.
- Select Change Payment Method.
- Update Your Payment Method
- From this menu, you can update the Credit Card that is on file for your Concord Account.
- To edit Billing and Shipping addresses, or the email address we have on file, select' Update your Payment method' as shown below:
- Concord aims to make this process easy and convenient. If you have any questions or concerns please send an email to Billing@concordnow.com.
- Only credit cards are accepted as a payment method with the exception of annual invoices exceeding $10,000 / 10,000 EUR.
- Accounts with an annual invoice of $10,000 / 10,000 EUR or more can pay using other payment methods. For additional information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
