Updating Your Billing Information

How to update your payment method

• As an Administrator, open Settings by clicking the gear icon.
• Select Settings.
• Under Company, choose Subscription.
• Select Change Payment Method. 
• Update Your Payment Method.
• From this menu, you can update the credit card on file for your Concord Account.
• To edit Billing and Shipping addresses, or the email address we have on file, select Update your Payment method as shown below:

Payment Methods 

• Only credit cards are accepted as a payment method with the exception of annual invoices exceeding $10,000 / 10,000 EUR. 
• Accounts with an annual invoice of $10,000 / 10,000 EUR or more can pay using other payment methods. For additional information, please contact billing@concordnow.com.
