The Text filter will yield results that match that Title or Third Party on your agreements.

  1. Click on the Filter icon
  2. Type a word or string of words into the "Filter by text" for document content. Your Inbox will automatically filter out any irrelevant documents.
  3. If desired, filter your results further by selecting any (or all) Stage or Tag

To remove: you may either delete your text from the Filter field, click the "x" beside the word or phrase, or select "Clear all" in the blue header.

Note: The Search bar at the top of the page will yield results for any document content.

The Stage filter can be used in addition to the “Templates", "In progress", "Executed", "Cancelled" and "Draft" entries found on the left-hand panel. To use the new Filters:

  1. Click on the Filter icon
  2. Select "Stage"
  3. Check the box beside one (or all) desired Stages. Your Inbox will automatically filter out any irrelevant documents.

To remove: you may un-check any (or all) boxes beside the Status in the Filter menu or select "Clear all" in the blue header.

Note: Archived documents in any Stage can be found under "All", nested under "More".

Filter by Tag

The tag  filter can be used in addition to the tag entries found on the left-hand panel. The tag filter will yield results for documents that your team has tagged with one or more document tags, or "no tag".

  1. Click on the Filter icon
  2. Select "Tags"
  3. Type a tag into the field or scroll through your list of tags
  4. Check the box beside one (or all) desired Tags. Your Inbox will automatically filter out any irrelevant documents.

To remove, simply un-check any (or all) boxes beside the Status in the Filter menu, or select "Clear all" in the blue header.

Note: By selecting multiple tags, your results will not be widened but become more specific. For example, by Filtering for "Finance" and "HR", only documents tagged with both "Finance" and "HR" will populate- all others documents will be filtered out of the results.
