Email reminders will include any upcoming contract renewals, termination notices, and any other deadlines set in the documents' summary sheet. Utilizing the deadline report allows you to stay in the loop for important upcoming contract dates, without having to constantly, manually check the sheet summary.
Opt into a Deadline Report
- Open your 'settings'
- Select 'Preferences'
- Enable 'Recieve Weekly Deadline Reminders by Email'
- Set how many days in advance you want to be alerted of deadlines. 180 is the deafault.
- Only documents with which you have created or been shared to will be included in the weekly deadline report email.
- For admins to receive deadline information to documents they have access to due to Administrator Access & Oversight, they would need to join the document.
- In the example above, deadlines will be included in your email reminders 90 days before the deadline.
- You can unsubscribe from these alerts by unchecking options.
