Inviting third parties to documents will allow dynamic negotiation and more accessible communication. Below you will find a list of what third-party invitees can see when they are shared to a document. Third-party collaborators / external parties do not need to be a paid Concord user to sign or edit documents they have been invited to by a paid Concord User.
What is Visible to a Third Party Collaborator?
- Attachments: All invited users can see and download attachments added to the document.
- Discussions and comments that have been set to Public.
- The document Audit Trail
- Pending tracked changes

What does an External Invitation look like?
- The blue Open Document button will take the collaboration directly to the document; no login is required.
- The user will immediately participate in the document based on the permissions they have been assigned.
