Signature fields can be added to the document anywhere you want the signatory to sign. Additionally, some fields can be added to the document commonly associated with E-signature requirements, including Full Name, Title, and Company.
Add Signature Fields
- Once in edit mode, open the right-hand panel to Fields
- Select an Assignee and drag and drop the signature field into the desired location in the document
- If you are not using the preset signature block option, a signer field must be added for all signatories assigned to the document
- If desired, Full name, Company, and Title can be added to obtain additional information
